Latest Development of the Assistive Technology Lending Library-Pennsylvania's resource for "Trying AT before you buy It"

August 3rd, 2007
Greetings from the Institute on Disabilities!

We are proud to share with you the latest development of the Assistive Technology Lending Library, Pennsylvania's resource for "trying AT before you buy it".

Zona Jackson, project assistant, is pleased to announce a new feature of the Lending Library website. We have already upgraded the website with pictures, descriptions, and similar items; now we have a "shopping cart" feature which will automatically generate the devices you choose into the application along with the prices of each device. It will also tell you which Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC)to send the application and give you the address. If it is not convenient for you to fill out the application on the computer at that time you can still print out the application to fill out later.

Please note you can not send the application electronically because we need original signatures on file. Enjoy this new feature of the website and please give me your feedback!
