Office of Developmental Programs Looking for Self-Advocates and Family Members to Help With Comprehensive Regulatory Revision
ODP is revising regulations that govern and Regulatory Chapters 6400 (Community Homes), 6500 (Family Living Homes), 2380 (Adult Training Facilities), and 2390 (Vocational Facilities). ODP wants at least 51% representation by self-advocates and family members on all of the workgroups for this effort. There will be $25 stipend/honorarium available for self-advocates and family members who participate. Some details on time commitment are:
*Workgroups are to run consecutively from June 2008 to October 2009
*Each workgroup will meet for approximately 3 months
*Meetings will consist of at least 2-3 face-to-face or video conferences
