Pennsylvania Business Leadership Network - "Tuesday Talks"
Tuesday Talks with the PA BLN are monthly phone conferences which are great opportunities for businesses to get engaged regarding the employment situation for people with disabilities. These conference calls provide employers with increased awareness on how to fill current labor needs, retain the talent of existing employees with disabilities, and better serve customers with disabilities.
Whenever a business makes a request for support, the PA BLN can provide the company with details and contact information on available resources.
As usual, these Tuesday Talks are geared toward employers only and are free of charge.
The next three Tuesday Talks and topics are:
- May 13th, 8-9 a.m.- Epilepsy
- June 10th, 8-9 a.m.- Successfully Utilizing Employees with Disabilities within a Law Firm
- July 8th, 8-9 a.m.- Providing companies with the opportunity to pose anonymous questions to the EEOC
All topics are beneficial for various businesses. The July 8th topic, however, is an opportunity for us to target the legal field.
