A National Disability Rights Network report on U.S. children who have been hurt or died after restraint or seclusion at school has prompted concern among some U.S. lawmakers. "This report raises serious questions about the treatment of schoolchildren, the qualifications and training of staff, and what actions have been taken to address these unconscionable practices," said Rep.
