Applicants may apply to serve on the Adult, Children, Older Adult or Youth Sub-Committee

The OMHSAS Advisory Committees will be composed of representatives of youth, adult, and older adult individuals who have been served by the behavioral health system, family members of such youth and adults, providers, advocates, professionals, their respective organizations, as well as governmental organizations. At least 51% of the members will be current or former behavioral health consumers and family members. The size of each of the Committees will not exceed 30 members, who shall be appointed by the Deputy Secretary of the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Please see the attached Protocol to learn more about the OMHSAS Advisory Committee; prior to applying for membership interested individuals should review the Meetings and Attendance section of the protocol to ensure their ability to effectively serve on the Committee.
