WEBINAR TOPIC: Long Term Planning for Your Family Member (including Special Needs Trusts)

PRESENTED BY: Vision for Equality and Paul L. Feldman, Attorney with Feldman & Feldman, LLP

SUMMARY: In this 2 hour interactive web training, we cover different types of trusts that can be used to meet the needs of a person with a long term disability. Estate planning helps ensure a person has financial resources to meet his/her needs beyond the capacity of her/his guardian or parent to provide care, or after the death of the guardian or parent. We discuss how resources can be arranged to protect an individual's access to his/her needed government benefits. The attorney presenting this training is experienced in estate planning and ready to answer questions about long-term planning for your family member.
