For Review and Comment: Service Definitions for FY '10/'11 for the Pennsylvania Mental Retardation Program

The draft bulletin "Service Definitions for Fiscal Year (FY) 2010/2011 for the Pennsylvania Mental Retardation Program" is being forwarded to you for your review and comment. Your input will assist the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) in the creation of a final bulletin that will be effective July 1, 2010. The current FY 2009-2010 service definitions will remain in effect until June 30, 2010. You are also being sent "Service Definitions Narrative for Consolidated Waiver, Person/Family Directed Support Waiver, Administrative Services, and Base/Waiver Ineligible Services".
In order to assure timely review and revision of the draft bulletin, please forward written comments and any questions to the Office of Developmental Programs, via email at [email protected], with a subject line of ‘FY 2010/2011 Service Definitions', no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the letter from Kevin Casey. Written comments may also be mailed to:
