Join the Upcoming PA School Talk Live Discussion on School Vouchers

April 21st, 2011

Friends --

What would vouchers mean at my public school? Is my son eligible for a voucher?

What’s going to happen to my property taxes? How much is this going cost?

Senate Bill 1, a billion-dollar school voucher proposal, has parents, policymakers, educators, and students asking a lot of questions.

In order to clearly address some of those questions, education policy experts are hosting a series of live, one-hour, public online discussions on PA School Talk (http://paschooltalk.org) beginning Thursday, April 21.

Joseph Bard from the Pennsylvania Association of Rural and Small Schools will kick off the series today at 1 p.m. with a discussion on the impact of school vouchers on Pennsylvania's rural and small schools.

Go ahead and submit a question now by replying to the thread here:

You can also submit a question tomorrow during the live chat. We hope to see you online!
