Intake Inquiries
Intake System
People can contact DRN's Intake Team to seek advice about disability rights, access to services, abuse and neglect, and other issues by calling DRN's toll-free number above or by emailing DRN at intake@drnpa.org. The intake system is staffed by intake workers (who take basic information from callers), full time intake advocates (who address advocacy issues), and full time attorneys (who addresses legal advocacy issues). Matters that require further assistance may be forwarded to a DRN staff person for follow-up while matters that require further legal advocacy may be forwarded to a DRN attorney for follow-up.
