Read DRN Brief in Denial of Treatment Case
DRN recently filed an amicus brief with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on behalf of DRN and six other disability advocacy groups. The issue in the case is whether a guardian of a life-long incapacitated person may withhold consent to life-preserving treatment when the person is not in an end-of-life situation.
