Chava Kintisch

Chava Kintisch is a Staff Attorney with the Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania.
Chava received her B.A. from Central Michigan University in 1995 and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 1998.
Chava represented low-income individuals as a Staff Attorney at Georgia Legal Services Program. Her focus included health care and TANF/ADA issues. She later worked on an Olmstead project for the Disability Law and Policy Center of Georgia, advocating for the community placement of individuals at Georgia's largest state psychiatric hospital. After moving to the Philadelphia area, she worked for the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia on special education and other disability litigation. She also performed legal work for Liberty Resources, Philadelphia's Center for Independent Living, in the area of housing discrimination.
