Currently in Pennsylvania, Supports Brokering is not available to everyone directing their own services. Both the Consolidated and Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) waivers offer Supports Brokering as a service. People who receive services through either of these waivers and are directing their own services can use a Supports Broker if they need one. People who live in a provider owned or managed home (group home or lifesharing) may not use Supports Brokering services.
For people on the Attendant Care or Aging Waiver who use the Services My Way model, Supports Brokering should also be available.
